"Fabulous location . Very easy to park Apartment was fantastic, lovely big bedrooms. Bathroom was small but had everything you needed. 5 of us were staying and were very cosy. Very warm. Smart TV was brilliant addition."

"It's located in 10min walk from the city center and 15min from the sport center and concert arena. There are also a bakery, pizzerias, a small corner shop and a couple of bars in the area. I strongly recommend the pizzeria just by the entrance of the courtyard to the left. Communication with the host was clear and efficient. All details about how to find the place, the various codes and passkeys were clear and easy to find. The flat itself is nice. It's on the top floor so no issue with neighbours' noise. The bedrooms are spacious and so is the living space."

"It's extremely difficult to find free parking in the area. You'll have to park quite far from the flat. It's terribly hot in the flat in summer. In fact, even the three fans are not enough when it's 40 Celsius outside. Investing in air con units wouldn't be a bad thing. Little details: - there is a coffee machine but no mugs or cups. We used glasses instead. - some plugs are not well fitted against the wall - the bathroom sink overflow is not connected to the pipe ; beware if you're using it. - clarity around the outside gate is needed. We suggest getting one of the keys located at a nearby address first thing and keep it during the stay. Otherwise you might end up stranded in the street overnight. - beds and pillows are not really comfortable. It's a long list but really it's minor and didn't make our stay a nightmare. We had a great time in Reims and I would certainly book Jaures again."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, nur 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der gleichen Straße sind mehrere Bäcker, Bistros und kleine Läden. Sonntags gibt es einen offenen Lebensmittelmarkt auf dem man tolle regionale Produkte kaufen und auch direkt vor Ort essen kann."
